May Chen was one of the two phone interpreters nominated by the government-owned Translation & Interpreting Service in 2011. She was subsequently named Remote Interpreting Excellency Ambassador by the professional body Australian Interpreters & Translators.
Dr. Yinfeng DAI was awarded the Excellency in Translation 2nd runner-up in 2013.
